The DV-9525 is a versatile and high-performance AV-over-IP solution designed to extend HDMI/DVI/VGA video, along with USB, IR, and RS-232 control, over a Gigabit IP Ethernet network. This system includes both a DV-9525T Transmitter (TX) and a DV-9525R Receiver (RX). The Transmitter connects to a source device such as a PC or Blu-ray player, while the Receiver connects to the display, speakers, microphone, and USB peripherals. This flexible system is ideal for applications that demand high-quality signal distribution across long distances with full control functionality.
Based on standard IP technology, the DV-9525 converts video, audio, USB, and control signals into IP packets for Unicast or Multicast streaming through a Gigabit Ethernet switch. On the receiving end, the RX unit takes those IP packets and converts them back into HDMI, DVI, or VGA video, as well as audio and USB signals, which are then output to the connected devices. This makes the DV-9525 not only a powerful signal extender, but also a dynamic encoder/decoder platform with built-in scaling capabilities.
One of the standout features of the DV-9525 is its support for Video Wall configurations. With multiple receivers, users can easily configure large-scale, synchronized displays—perfect for command centers, digital signage, entertainment venues, boardrooms, courtrooms, military applications, medical displays, and educational environments. The system also supports KVM matrix control, making it ideal for applications that require remote desktop access and control.
With its seamless integration into existing IP networks, plug-and-play functionality, and ability to transmit a wide range of signals, the DV-9525 offers a robust, scalable, and cost-effective solution for modern AV installations.
