Do you accept all Aten models? Open

We support most of the KVM, extender, switch, matrix, and accessory lines. For very old/ end-of-life models, we will confirm spare part availability first.

How long does the repair take? Open

On average, 2-7 working days depending on complexity & spare part availability. A specific estimate is provided after the initial diagnosis.

Is on-site service available? Open

Yes. On-site service is based on scheduling & urgency. The visit fee will be informed upfront.

How does the warranty claim process work? Open

The service warranty covers the work/ parts replaced according to the handover document. Damage due to external factors (surge/ liquid) is not covered.
